We, together, can make SEPTA work better for all of us.

Don't just read: HELP!

Right now! Print and post a sign to help SEPTA riders like yourself!

Go to the PrintAndPost page.

SEPTA is having a difficult time. As citizens and riders, there isn't much we can do directly that will affect the big, expensive challenges of city and regional mass transit. These must be handled by politicians and managers and employees. But, we can help make SEPTA work better for us.

In fact, YOU can help make SEPTA work better for us.

On this website, you will find signs that you can print out and post—providing better information for riders at stations, shelters and stops.

Hey, we've had coverage in the Metro! Check our press page. Also see our new feature: SEPTA News!

Regional Rail

At a SEPTA rail station near you, are the tracks clearly marked as "INBOUND" and "OUTBOUND"? If not, you can fix this. Print out some signs and post them yourself. It's a good deed, easy to do, and may help hundreds or even thousands of riders.

Even MORE Bus Route signs available: Check them out!

Subways

What about tokens? Have you ever climbed down several flights of stairs, only to find that, at the booth, they AREN'T selling tokens? Wouldn't it be better to know that BEFORE you climb the stairs? This, too, can be corrected by a properly placed sign. If you see this situation, print out the appropriate sign, fill in info relevant to the station—and post it.

Buses

We haven't neglected buses. This site provides signs to display routes on bus shelters. For now, we're concentrating on buses to and from Center City.

The focus of this website will not be to criticize or praise SEPTA. Our focus is to use the power of ordinary people to make things better where we can. And sometimes, it's really easy!

One more thing: Suggestions. We don't have a message board yet, but please email suggestion for new signs, and any other ideas you have that we, as ordinary citizens, can do ourselves to make SEPTA better.

Thank you!
